Digital Content Associate – French (Fire TV)

About the role

The Digital Content Associate will support the Fire TV catalog by ensuring French‑language content is accurate, well‑structured, and ready for customers. You will work closely with the Digi‑Flex team to maintain high‑quality metadata and help improve machine‑learning models used for content classification.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the digital content catalog, verifying accuracy and removing duplicates.
• Enter and manage metadata for movies, shows, and series, ensuring consistency with SOPs.
• Track daily activities and generate reports on content updates.
• Collaborate with team members, participate in calibration sessions, and share improvement suggestions.
• Identify process challenges and communicate them to supervisors for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• French language certification (minimum B1) with strong written and verbal skills in both French and English.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• High attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks and adapt to various workflows.
