About the role

The Digital Business Operations & Performance role supports Airbus India's Digital Services team by managing business data, supplier interactions, IT needs, and change initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Digital Services, the position works closely with group managers, finance, procurement, and IT to ensure smooth digital operations.

Key responsibilities

• Capture, analyse, and report business data for decision‑making and monthly business reviews.
• Coordinate with group managers, finance, and procurement to ensure timely invoicing and supplier performance monitoring.
• Support Annual Operating Plan (AOP) preparation for Digital Services.
• Manage procurement requests and act as the focal point for all purchasing needs.
• Collaborate with IT teams to fulfil technology requirements for the digital teams.
• Lead change and transformation initiatives within Digital Services.
• Improve process flows for business data, including the use of AI tools.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in digital operations, business data management or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, IT or Computer Science.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate across the organization.
• Proactive, collaborative and comfortable working with cross‑functional and remote teams.
