DevOps Specialist – Senior Development Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Development Support Engineer who will provide expert technical support, engage directly with customers, and collaborate closely with engineering and product teams. The role focuses on maintaining and improving DevOps workflows while staying current with emerging tools and cloud technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve issues with Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide best‑practice recommendations for DevOps workflows and tool configurations.
• Respond to customer tickets, emails, and urgent phone inquiries, delivering tailored solutions.
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge‑base articles to enable self‑service.
• Work with Engineering, Product, and DevOps teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
• Develop internal tools that automate diagnostics and improve team efficiency.
• Participate in scrums and continuous learning activities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of Java application troubleshooting, including JVM analysis (thread dumps, heap dumps, GC logs).
• 1‑2+ years managing Jenkins jobs and troubleshooting builds.
• 5+ years of Linux system administration and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and capacity to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
