DevOps Lead – Salesforce & Copado

About the role

AVEVA is seeking a senior DevOps Lead to design, build and operate enterprise‑scale release pipelines for its Salesforce platform. You will own the DevOps strategy, ensuring rapid, secure and compliant deployments while bridging development, quality engineering and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead DevOps engineering for Salesforce, delivering secure and scalable releases across multi‑platform environments.
• Define and enforce global DevOps standards, tooling choices and best practices.
• Partner with Salesforce developers and administrators to automate high‑quality releases.
• Manage multi‑environment delivery lifecycles and oversee migration to Copado Source Format.

Required profile

• 8+ years of hands‑on DevOps engineering experience on Salesforce platforms.
• 5+ years managing multi‑environment Salesforce delivery in a large enterprise.
• Proven expertise with Copado, especially migrating to and using Copado Source Format.
• Demonstrated technical leadership and ability to guide cross‑functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
