DevOps Engineer - Test Hub

About the role

SmartBear is seeking a hands‑on DevOps Engineer with 4–5+ years of experience to join a globally distributed engineering team. You will own cloud infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and operational reliability while partnering closely with development and product teams across Bengaluru, Poland, Ireland, and the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, covering build, test, security scanning, and multi‑environment deployments.
• Provision and manage scalable, highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS (primary) and Azure with Terraform, following IaC best practices.
• Deploy, configure, and operate containerized workloads on Kubernetes using Helm charts; manage cluster lifecycle, namespaces, RBAC, and networking policies.
• Create and maintain Docker images and container registries, enforcing image security scanning and vulnerability remediation.
• Develop automation scripts and tooling in Python and Bash to improve efficiency and reliability.

Required profile

• 4–5+ years of hands‑on DevOps or cloud engineering experience.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a distributed, multicultural team.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and willingness to take ownership of end‑to‑end delivery.
