DevOps Engineer – Multi-Cloud (4-9 yrs)

About the role

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a DevOps Engineer with 4‑9 years of experience to design, build and operate multi‑cloud CI/CD pipelines and container platforms. The role focuses on automating infrastructure, ensuring high availability and supporting development teams in Chennai.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test and deployment.
• Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters for containerised applications.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Monitor application and infrastructure performance with modern monitoring tools.
• Ensure system high availability, scalability and reliability across AWS, Azure and GCP.
• Collaborate with development teams to streamline release cycles.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and system issues.
• Continuously improve DevOps practices, automation and security standards.

Required profile

• 4–9 years of experience in DevOps or cloud engineering.
• Strong hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipeline implementation.
• Expertise in Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
• Solid knowledge of Docker and containerisation concepts.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools.
• Experience working in multi‑cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
