DevOps Engineer – Cloud & Terraform Focus

About the role

COMPLY is seeking a DevOps Engineer to elevate cloud and delivery practices across the organization. You will design reusable infrastructure components, drive Terraform and pipeline standards, and embed AI‑assisted development into daily workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement cloud patterns, Terraform modules, and CI/CD pipelines that accelerate product team delivery.
• Identify duplication and rough edges in existing deployment processes and create reusable infrastructure building blocks.
• Partner with engineering teams to adopt shared infrastructure and shape operational practices such as deployment, observability, security, and incident response.
• Hands‑on build platform infrastructure while guiding product teams in its usage.
• Leverage AI development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, etc.) daily to accelerate Terraform authoring, pipeline design, scripting, debugging, and code review.
• Share AI‑assisted practices across the organization to establish a consistent engineering approach.
