DevOps Engineer – Cloud & CI/CD Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive DevOps Engineer with over 4 years of experience to join Xcelore’s technology team. You will automate, optimize, and maintain our development and deployment infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security for our applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using IaC tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Collaborate with development teams to streamline release processes.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize infrastructure.
• Implement and maintain containerization and orchestration solutions (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Ensure infrastructure security, compliance, and best practices.
• Manage source code repositories and version control systems.
• Support production deployments and incident resolution.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on DevOps experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Relevant cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes) are a plus.
• Strong understanding of networking, security, and system architecture concepts.
