About the role

Join Airbus' Information Management team in Bangalore as a DevOps Engineer. You will work in Scaled Agile Framework teams, handling both development and operational responsibilities while supporting high‑availability cloud and on‑premise platforms.

Key responsibilities

Develop, deploy and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub and Atlassian tools.
Automate infrastructure provisioning with CloudFormation and Terraform on AWS.
Manage container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes, OpenShift and Docker.
Resolve incidents, participate in crisis calls and ensure service reliability.
Guide junior engineers and own end‑to‑end technical accountability for assigned services.
Integrate and evaluate third‑party components for compliance with Airbus standards.

Required profile

Engineering graduate with 3‑6 years of relevant experience.
Hands‑on experience with AWS services (EKS, EC2, RDS, S3, SQS, ECS, SNS).
Strong DevOps mindset – you build it, you run it.
Ability to work in Agile delivery teams and travel short‑term to Europe.
Willingness to obtain security clearance.

Version control and collaboration: GitHub, Confluence
RHEL Linux administration
Test automation basics: SonarQube, Postman, Selenium (optional)
