DevOps Engineer – CI/CD & Automation

About the role

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, build and maintain a scalable software toolchain that supports development, testing and delivery across multiple projects at Bosch’s largest software development centre outside Germany. The role will collaborate closely with development teams, product owners and infrastructure stakeholders to ensure high availability, performance and standardisation of engineering workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Manage and optimise containerised environments with Docker.
• Support development, automation and deployment activities in Linux‑based environments.
• Handle package dependencies and build artefacts using Conan and JFrog Artifactory.
• Automate operational and integration tasks with Python and Bash scripts.
• Maintain source code repositories on Git and GitHub.
• Ensure reliability, scalability and security of the CI/CD infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot pipeline failures, performance issues and integration challenges.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• 7‑10 years of experience in software development and DevOps practices.
• Strong problem‑solving ability in complex, large‑scale environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
