DevOps Engineer – AI & Automation (Noida)

About the role

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to lead the administration of our core DevOps platform while pioneering AI‑driven development workflows. Based in Noida, you will manage repositories, build secure CI/CD pipelines, and design autonomous coding, testing, and code‑review agents using cutting‑edge AI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design and enforce repository branching strategies and access governance across teams.
• Build, optimize, and secure multi‑environment CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Provision and manage cloud resources as code using Terraform, Pulumi, or Bicep, ensuring zero‑drift environments.
• Integrate DevSecOps controls such as secret scanning, vulnerability checks, and SAST/DAST into pipelines.
• Deploy and orchestrate AI coding agents (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot Workspace, Anthropic SDK) to automate task execution across branches.
• Maintain repository‑level context files and prompts to guide AI agents.
• Implement AI‑powered code‑review and testing agents, establishing safety guardrails and human‑in‑the‑loop approvals.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes and IaC.
• Strong knowledge of Git internals, branch protection rules and repository permissions.
• Proven experience configuring AI coding tools or SDKs such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code or Anthropic agents.
• Ability to design secure, automated pipelines and enforce DevSecOps best practices.
