Developer Relations & Community Lead

About the role

Hosted.ai’s Packet.ai brand is building the GPU infrastructure and commerce platform for the AI economy. We are looking for a hands‑on Developer Relations & Community Lead to create and grow our developer community from the ground up, working closely with AI engineers, founders and open‑source contributors.

Key responsibilities

• Build and scale the Packet.ai developer community from 0 to 1.
• Define and execute a comprehensive developer relations strategy.
• Create technical content, tutorials, demos and other developer resources.
• Organise meet‑ups, workshops, hackathons and other community events.
• Establish ambassador programs and partnership initiatives with AI, GPU and open‑source communities.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to channel developer feedback into product improvements.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in Developer Relations, community building or developer marketing.
• Proven track record of building a developer community from scratch.
• Hands‑on experience working directly with AI/ML engineers and developers.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building and independent work skills.
• High ownership mindset and willingness to create processes from the ground up.

• AI infrastructure and GPU technologies.
• Inference, LLMs and cloud computing concepts.
• GitHub, Discord, Reddit, X (Twitter) community platforms.
• Technical content creation for developers.
• Experience organising hackathons, meet‑ups and workshops.
