Design Executive – Digital

About the role

We are looking for a Design Executive – Digital to craft intuitive, user‑centric digital experiences for web and mobile applications. The role sits within our product team in Mumbai and works closely with product managers, developers and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design user‑centric interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes and high‑fidelity UI designs using Figma.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers and business teams to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Maintain and evolve the design system, guaranteeing visual consistency across products.
• Conduct UX research, translate insights into design improvements and adhere to accessibility standards.
• Leverage AI‑powered design tools (Figma AI, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT) to streamline workflows and generate concepts.
• Stay updated on UI/UX trends, emerging technologies and best practices.

Required profile

• Formal design education from reputed institutions (e.g., NID, IDC) – preferred.
• UI/UX or Product Design certification is a plus.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX and visual design expertise.
• 3‑4 years of experience in UI/UX or digital product design.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
