Design Architect

About the role

bbArch, a high‑end design firm based in New Delhi, is seeking a Design Architect to join its on‑site team. You will be responsible for turning conceptual ideas into detailed architectural and construction drawings while collaborating with internal teams and external consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts and detailed design proposals for medium to large‑scale projects.
• Prepare construction and presentation drawings that reflect the design intent.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and project teams throughout all project phases.
• Participate in client and stakeholder meetings to present and refine design solutions.
• Review technical documentation and support design management activities across multiple projects.
• Stay updated on architectural trends, building technologies, and relevant codes.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Registration with a recognized architectural council is an advantage.
• Experience on medium to large‑scale projects, preferably with international or high‑profile exposure.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Ability to work on‑site in Delhi, meet deadlines, and contribute positively in a team‑oriented studio environment.
