Deputy Manager - Marketing and Awareness

About the role

We are looking for a Deputy Manager to lead marketing and awareness initiatives for reconomy in Noida. The role will design and manage India‑focused campaigns, both on‑ground and digital, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and driving brand presence across the circular economy sector.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage India‑focused awareness programs and campaigns in line with global guidelines, including on‑ground activations and digital/social media initiatives.
• Track and report nationwide product collection resulting from marketing activities and evaluate monthly campaign performance across digital platforms, on‑ground activities, and brand presence.
• Manage corporate and SME sponsorships, onboarding them for company‑driven marketing programs as part of the EPR plan.
• Design and configure India marketing solutions, incorporating cost modeling and gross margin analysis aligned with financial parameters.
• Establish robust marketing programs and internal business practices to strengthen the company’s brand in the circular economy and sustainability sector.
• Monitor India and global competitors’ online and marketing presence to shape the company’s thought‑leadership positioning.
• Develop and execute social media and digital marketing strategies to drive organic traffic and enhance digital presence.
• Oversee marketing agencies to ensure content complies with company SOPs, marketing strategies, government environmental and EPR regulatory guidelines.
• Create training, awareness and marketing content for diverse stakeholder groups such as schools, youth, bulk consumers, RWAs, informal sectors and industry players.
• Plan and implement cost‑effective e‑waste management awareness programs and organize workshops across key states in India, analysing ROI and optimizing spend.
