Deputy Manager / Manager – Design Engineering

About the role

Bosch Rexroth India is seeking a dynamic Deputy Manager / Manager to lead the design team for hydraulic power packs and related components. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality designs on schedule while driving continuous improvement across the product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a group of engineers and ensure planning KPIs are met within defined timelines.
• Design hydraulic power packs and perform detailed hydraulic calculations.
• Select and verify hydraulic valves, components, pipes, and fittings.
• Conduct drawing quality checks and oversee the entire design process using technical expertise.
• Identify design improvement areas based on internal and external feedback and implement preventive measures.
• Support competency and process development on a continuous basis.
• Communicate with team members to ensure deadlines are met and issues are resolved.
• Establish systematic review processes to maintain design standards.
