About the role
The role focuses on improving efficiency, productivity, and flexibility by integrating digital technologies such as automation, data analysis, and machine learning. It aims to optimize production processes, boost output, reduce costs, enhance product quality, and accelerate time‑to‑market, helping manufacturers stay competitive in a digital landscape.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance MES systems to optimize manufacturing processes, improve indirect productivity, and mature data capture.
- Analyze MES data to identify improvement areas, reduce defect costs, increase direct productivity, and raise overall equipment efficiency.
- Implement RPA and drive digitalization initiatives across ITM functions.
