Deputy IT Product Owner – SAP Order-to-Cash

About the role

We are looking for a Deputy IT Product Owner to lead the SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) portfolio for our mobility division. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to shape the end‑to‑end O2C process, ensuring alignment with Bosch’s overall SAP strategy and mobility architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of IT consultants and developers in an agile environment.
• Define and communicate the vision for the O2C process chain, balancing strategic objectives from the mobility division and IT.
• Participate in process design, drive re‑usability, and promote SAP standard usage.
• Consult user departments and governance functions on O2C matters and manage cross‑process dependencies.
• Prioritise requirements, provide continuous feedback, and manage the product lifecycle (design, build, rollout, support, maintenance).
• Collaborate with other product owners to identify synergies, resolve prioritisation conflicts and drive standardisation.
• Assist in defining team composition, required competencies and staffing for the end‑to‑end process.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering (B.E/BTech) or equivalent (MBA/MCA acceptable).
• 10+ years of experience in SAP O2C design, implementation or consulting, with proven leadership of expert teams.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in complex, multi‑disciplinary environments.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
