Deputy General Manager – Architecture & Site Resources

About the role

The Deputy General Manager (AGM/DGM) will lead architectural design and site execution for commercial and mixed‑use projects. Reporting to senior leadership, the incumbent ensures high‑quality deliverables, timely decisions, and seamless coordination across internal teams and external consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to develop product concepts, design briefs and value‑adding space planning solutions.
• Coordinate inter‑departmental communication, review drawings and maintain proactive information flow.
• Conduct design reviews, evaluate detailed documents, and ensure compliance with organizational and Lodha quality standards.
• Assess consultant performance, drive timely execution of deliverables and make critical design decisions.
• Identify site conditions, inspect on‑site execution, and resolve bottlenecks to align with approved designs.
• Foster a high‑performance environment, map processes and implement governance improvements for predictable delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.)
• 12–15 years of experience in commercial, mixed‑use development, architecture and interior design.
• Strong decision‑making capability, effective communication and ability to build professional relationships.
