About the role

The Dental Office Manager will lead the daily operations of Dr. Sachin Mittal’s Advanced Dentistry in Hisar. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures smooth patient flow and high‑quality administrative support for the clinical team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage appointment scheduling, patient flow, and front‑desk activities.
• Coordinate billing, record management, inventory monitoring, and compliance with clinic policies.
• Supervise non‑clinical staff, resolve patient inquiries, and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with dentists and clinical staff to align administrative processes with clinical needs and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong background in dental practice management and overall practice administration.
• Excellent customer service and professional communication skills.
• Understanding of dental care processes and ability to support clinical requirements.
• Relevant diploma or degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field; prior experience in a dental or medical practice is a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with electronic health record or practice management software.
• Basic knowledge of billing and insurance coordination.
