Delivery Partner – Grocery & Daily-Need Orders

About the role

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our delivery network as Delivery Partners, handling grocery and daily‑need orders from assigned stores or dark stores. You will be the face of the service, ensuring customers receive their orders safely, on time, and with a friendly attitude.

Key responsibilities

• Pick up grocery and daily‑need orders from the designated store or dark store.
• Deliver orders to customers following the routes and instructions provided in the delivery app.
• Maintain polite and professional communication with customers throughout the delivery process.
• Handle orders carefully during transportation to avoid damage.
• Complete deliveries efficiently according to assigned routes and delivery requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Own a 4G Android smartphone with an active internet connection.
• Possess a valid Aadhaar Card and PAN Card.
• Own a bike or scooter suitable for deliveries.
• Hold a valid driving licence and up‑to‑date vehicle documents where applicable.
