Delivery Partner – Flexible Hours

About the role

Instamart is looking for enthusiastic delivery partners to pick up grocery and daily‑need orders from assigned stores or dark stores and bring them to customers safely and on time. The role offers flexible scheduling with both full‑time and part‑time options, allowing you to work around your availability.

Key responsibilities

• Collect grocery and daily‑need orders from the designated store or dark store.
• Deliver orders to customers following the route and instructions provided through the delivery app.
• Maintain polite, professional communication with customers at all times.
• Handle orders carefully during transportation to avoid damage.
• Complete deliveries efficiently according to assigned routes and delivery requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Own a 4G Android smartphone with an active internet connection.
• Valid Aadhaar Card and PAN Card.
• Own a bike or scooter suitable for deliveries.
• Valid driving licence and up‑to‑date vehicle documents where applicable.
