Delivery Executive

About the role

The Delivery Executive will be responsible for managing end‑to‑end doorstep pickup and delivery operations for laundry, dry‑cleaning, shoe and upholstery services. Working from our hub in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, you will ensure each order is collected, transported and returned to the customer on time and in perfect condition. This role is the face of sKedulars, directly influencing the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and execute daily pickups and deliveries across the Tricity region.
• Handle items such as laundry, dry cleaning, shoes and sofas with care, ensuring they are correctly labeled and protected during transport.
• Verify order details, confirm receipt and delivery with customers, and update the system in real time.
• Maintain punctuality and adhere to agreed delivery windows to meet service level agreements.
• Report any issues, damages or delays to the operations team promptly.
• Represent the brand professionally, providing courteous and helpful service during each customer interaction.
