About the role

Zepto is hiring Delivery Boys for its Paschim Vihar hub in Delhi. The role involves delivering customer orders, collecting payments and maintaining delivery records while providing friendly service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers at the specified addresses.
• Ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Collect cash payments from customers upon delivery.
• Maintain daily delivery logs and records.
• Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details.
• Handle parcels with care to avoid damage.
• Load and unload items from the delivery vehicle.
• Follow traffic rules and safety regulations while on the road.

Required profile

• All education levels are welcome.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable bike or scooter.
• Good knowledge of Paschim Vihar and surrounding routes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic math skills for cash handling.
