Décor Sales Officer – Store Management & Sales

About the role
The Décor Sales Officer will lead the store team in driving home‑decor sales while ensuring operational excellence and a delightful customer experience. Reporting directly to store staff, you will be the single point of contact for order servicing, dealer relations, and on‑ground demand generation.
Key responsibilities
- Drive store‑level GMV and revenue through effective staff coaching and performance management.
- Maintain customer conversion indexes and meet customers to close sales.
- Generate on‑ground demand and execute hygiene and visual merchandising standards.
- Service dealers, maintain Dealer Health Cards, and coordinate issue resolution with relevant stakeholders.
- Serve as the single point of contact for order processing, material servicing, and digital journey conversion.
- Ensure store operational excellence and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Lead team training, grooming, and recruitment in partnership with the central training team.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a senior salesperson in a home‑decor showroom.
- Ability to manage multiple customers at different stages of the sales funnel.
- Outstanding negotiation and organizational skills.
- Strong time‑management abilities and a collaborative leadership style.
