Data Provisioning Expert

About the role

The Data Provisioning Expert is responsible for implementing, improving, and rolling out data interfaces that support Foreign Trade and Customs processes. The role acts as a bridge between business units, customs operations, brokers, and IT to ensure high‑quality data flows and efficient global deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance data interfaces for internal systems and external partners, including file conversion and location management with Data Lake and Customs AI.
• Drive process improvements through data enrichment such as Import HS‑Code and MM_SA checks.
• Coordinate technical requirements, provide resolutions, and manage rollout timelines with country‑specific operation coordinators.
• Oversee testing, approvals, hyper‑care activities, and monitor interface performance during stabilization phases.
• Support automation of CSV data uploads, perform data validation, and transform raw data into structured models.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in data provisioning within supply chain, preferably with global team collaboration.
• Basic understanding of Foreign Trade and Customs processes.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Analytical and process‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Basic ETL knowledge (Alteryx and/or KNIME).
• Basic Microsoft Power Automate skills.
• Basic Automation Anywhere 360 knowledge.
• Basic Bosch Digital File Service knowledge.
• Basic DIA Brain knowledge.
