About the role

Gain is building the private markets super‑app that combines AI‑driven research, human‑verified insight and proprietary intelligence. As a Data Management Group (DMG) Associate you will lead a team that ensures the accuracy and quality of the platform’s research content across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and scale a best‑in‑class research team responsible for updating company profiles and data sets globally.
• Deliver on update targets while maintaining the highest standards of financial, market and business research.
• Conduct regular quality reviews, identify issues and implement training to improve data integrity.
• Support recruitment of research analysts to meet headcount and content goals.
• Train, develop and motivate team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Identify and execute data‑improvement initiatives and technical automation projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing research or data‑focused teams.
• Strong ownership mindset with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Ability to drive process improvements and mentor junior analysts.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
