Data & Business Intelligence Analyst

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain reports and analytical tools.
• Monitor data quality, identify inconsistencies, and resolve issues promptly.
• Translate data findings into clear reports, tables, graphs, and charts for management and clients.
• Create ad‑hoc reports and visualisations to support decision‑making.
• Perform data mining to uncover patterns, correlations, and trends.
• Conduct statistical analysis and predictive modelling on customer and market data.
• Recommend process improvements and budgeting efficiencies based on data insights.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
• Quick learner of new applications, processes, and procedures.
• Effective collaborator who can also exercise independent judgment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build strong cross‑functional relationships.
• Intermediate proficiency in SQL and related tools.
• Experience writing software requirements and test specifications.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or at least three years of relevant UPS experience.
