About the role
Springer Nature is looking for a Data Analytics Specialist to join its Web Analytics Enablement team in Pune. You will help internal teams measure, understand, and improve digital experiences across a large, complex web ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and maintain tracking solutions using tag management tools.
- Validate end‑to‑end data flows to ensure GA4 and BigQuery outputs are accurate.
- Develop and maintain reliable dashboards and documentation for stakeholders.
- Partner with product, engineering, marketing, and editorial teams to translate business questions into measurable requirements.
- Provide guidance, training, and support materials to enable consistent analytics practices.
Required profile
- Strong foundation in digital measurement and analytics.
- Experience working at scale in a web environment with focus on data quality, privacy, and security.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to cross‑functional teams.
Required skills
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
