About the role
The Security Data Analyst will collect, analyze, interpret and report security‑related data to improve operational efficiency, risk mitigation and decision‑making across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Collect, maintain and manage security‑related databases from primary and secondary sources, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Develop and execute data analysis plans, identify patterns, correlations and trends, and create reports and dashboards using Tableau or Qlik.
- Conduct regular vulnerability testing and threat analysis, analyse security breaches, and support updates to incident response and disaster recovery plans.
- Identify improvement areas in security systems, collaborate with IT teams to implement upgraded security software, and enhance overall process maturity.
