Data Analysis Trainee

About the role

Join MedTourEasy as a Data Analysis Trainee and gain hands‑on experience working with real healthcare datasets. You will support data‑driven projects remotely, learning to clean, organize and interpret data under the guidance of senior analysts.

Key responsibilities

• Clean, organize and validate datasets for analysis and reporting.
• Perform basic data analysis and assist in building simple data models.
• Support the creation of dashboards or reports and help interpret data trends.
• Prepare documentation and communicate findings clearly to internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a basic understanding of statistics.
• Current student or recent graduate in a quantitative or technical field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics).
• Curiosity, attention to detail and willingness to learn new tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate virtually.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets).
• Familiarity with SQL or introductory BI tools.
• Basic knowledge of data modeling concepts or willingness to learn.
• Clear communication skills for explaining data findings to non‑technical team members.
