Senior Analyst – Insights & Analytics

About the role

Acumetis is seeking a Senior Analyst to turn healthcare data into actionable insights, lead global client projects and support strategic consulting engagements across life‑science markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead analytical workstreams for pharmaceutical, biotechnology and healthcare consulting engagements.
• Conduct primary and secondary research, including interviews with healthcare professionals, payers and industry stakeholders.
• Clean, validate, transform and integrate data from claims, EMR, prescription, sales and real‑world evidence sources.
• Create visualisations, dashboards and reporting tools using Excel, Power BI and Tableau.
• Develop client deliverables such as presentations, market assessments, competitive analyses and executive summaries.
• Mentor junior analysts and ensure analytical rigor across projects.
• Collaborate with global cross‑functional teams in North America, Europe, LATAM and APAC.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Economics, Public Health, Data Analytics or related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in life‑science consulting, healthcare analytics or market research.
• Fluent in English and at least one additional foreign language, preferably European.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a consulting or project‑based environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Dashboard development with Power BI, Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Python, R or SAS.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and critical‑thinking capabilities.
