D365 SCM Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Supply Chain Management consultant to join our team and support a global manufacturing client. You will help extend a proven ERP core solution across multiple sites, leading workshops, training local SMEs, and coordinating on‑site and offshore implementation streams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead "Get Fit" workshops with business owners and SMEs to align local processes with the global solution template.
• Document process mappings, required changes, and impacts, ensuring alignment with other functional modules.
• Configure core D365 F&O SCM modules such as Mixed‑mode Manufacturing, Production Control, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, and Planning Optimization.
• Collaborate with architects, technical teams, testing and data migration specialists to ensure seamless integration and data accuracy.
• Provide role‑based and scenario‑based training, support UAT, and assist end‑users during cut‑over, go‑live, and hyper‑care phases.

Required profile

• 8+ years of hands‑on functional consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Participation in at least three full‑life‑cycle D365 F&O implementations.
• Deep knowledge of end‑to‑end supply chain processes in manufacturing (process and discrete).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services (LCS), Power BI, Power Platform and Power Apps.
• Strong analytical and client‑facing communication skills, able to manage multiple priorities.
