D365 F&O Technical Consultant

About the role

Bosch Global Software Technologies is looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Technical Consultant. You will work directly with customers to design, customize, and support D365 F&O solutions, ensuring smooth implementation and post‑go‑live operations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop, customize, and maintain D365 F&O components such as forms, reports, workflows, and integrations.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and enforce Microsoft best practices.
• Lead implementation phases: requirement gathering, design, build, testing, deployment, and post‑Go Live support.
• Coordinate with end customers during UAT, resolve technical issues promptly, and deliver user training.
• Prepare technical documentation and support data migration, performance tuning, and version upgrades.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• 6–7 years of hands‑on experience as a D365 F&O Technical Consultant.
• Strong understanding of finance, supply‑chain, and project‑management modules.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical abilities and the capacity to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
