Cyber Security Executive

About the role

Godrej Capital, part of the Godrej Industries Group, is looking for an Executive to manage and monitor end-to-end cyber security governance, risk and operations. The role covers project management, audits, incident governance and security awareness across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage cyber security projects and develop and track KPIs presented to leadership
• Coordinate application and infrastructure security assessments, internal and security audits and GITCs
• Manage data leakage prevention controls and review and implement security processes
• Review perimeter, endpoint and network security, and identify emerging technologies, vulnerabilities and threats
• Govern security incidents, threats, SOC operations and ensure closure
• Run security training and company-wide awareness campaigns, and manage third-party risk governance
• Benchmark security, evaluate new solutions and conduct research to recommend controls

Required profile

• 2.5 to 5 years of experience; 2-4 years listed under Work Experience
• Engineering degree from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college (mandatory)
• MBA or Master's degree, and exposure to BFSI or NBFC sectors, good to have

Required skills

• Cyber security project management and delivery
• Knowledge of cyber security KPIs and regulatory requirements
• ISO 27001 and NIST domains
• Cyber security audits, ITGC, VAPT/AppSec and incident management
• SOC operations
