About the role

As a Cyber Security Architect/Engineer II at Honeywell, you will lead the design and implementation of advanced cybersecurity solutions, protecting critical assets across industries. You will work hands‑on to fortify defenses, serve as a subject‑matter expert, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect company assets.
• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential security weaknesses.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and deploy security solutions.
• Provide guidance on security best practices and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest security trends, technologies, and emerging threats.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a cybersecurity leadership role.
• In‑depth knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
• Ability to influence and lead direct and indirect reports.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC are highly desirable.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing cybersecurity teams.
