Customer Support Executive – Voice & Sales (Walk‑In Hiring)

About the role

Teleperformance is looking for enthusiastic Customer Support Executives to join its International Voice Process in Gurgaon. The role focuses on handling inbound voice calls, providing assistance to customers, and driving upselling opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls in English and resolve queries efficiently.
• Identify sales opportunities during calls and promote relevant products or services.
• Maintain accurate call logs and update customer information in the system.
• Achieve daily and monthly performance targets, including call quality and sales metrics.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve service standards.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates or candidates with minimal experience are welcome.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work the US shift (starting at 5:30 PM).
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Required skills

• Clear spoken English.
• Basic computer literacy for using call center software.
