Customer Support Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with strong communication skills and a customer‑first approach. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving queries efficiently, and coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their queries and concerns.
• Provide prompt and effective resolutions while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with vendors and the production team for order‑related updates and issue resolution.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with customers at all times.
• Track, follow up, and close customer queries within defined timelines.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Required profile

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in Customer Support or a similar role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and customer handling skills.
• Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Basic knowledge of handling customer calls and CRM tools is an added advantage.
