About the role
Square Business Services is seeking a Customer Support Executive for its voice process team in Begumpet, Hyderabad. The role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls to ensure customers receive prompt and professional assistance.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Deliver professional communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve process targets.
Required profile
- Graduate in any stream (pursuing candidates not eligible).
- Freshers are welcome.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (only day shifts for female employees).
