About the role
We are seeking Customer Support Executives to join Hyrn.ai in Bengaluru. The role involves handling customer queries via calls, email and chat, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chat.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Resolve customer issues professionally and ensure timely follow‑ups.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers and ensure high satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues when required.
- Maintain accurate customer records and support‑related information.
- Follow up on pending issues to ensure timely resolution.
Required profile
- 0–2 years of experience in Customer Support or related role; freshers are encouraged.
- Qualification: 12th pass or any graduation.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong problem‑solving and active listening abilities.
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
