About the role
We are looking for Customer Support Executives to serve leading multinational companies in India. The role involves handling voice, chat, and email interactions for customers in a BPO environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions via phone, chat or email.
- Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining service quality standards.
- Follow company processes, quality guidelines and performance metrics.
- Maintain a professional and customer‑friendly approach at all times.
Required profile
- Freshers or candidates with up to 4 years of experience.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good customer‑handling and problem‑solving abilities.
- Willingness to work day shifts or US rotational shifts.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred.
