Customer Support Executive (CRM)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and customer‑focused CRM Executive to join our fast‑growing fashion brand in Udaipur. You will assist shoppers through chat, email and phone, resolve their concerns and ensure a smooth, positive experience throughout their journey with Beyoung.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via chat, email and calls.
• Assist customers with product selection, sizing, order‑related questions and company policies.
• Handle and resolve complaints efficiently, aiming for first‑contact resolution.
• Process returns, exchanges and refunds according to company guidelines.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics and other internal teams to resolve issues and ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate supervisor or team.
• Stay updated on products, offers, promotions, policies and company news.
• Meet or exceed targets for response time, customer satisfaction and resolution rates.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in retail or e‑commerce.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving ability with a customer‑first mindset.
• Patience, empathy and professionalism in challenging situations.
• Good typing speed and ability to work across multiple systems.
• Familiarity with CRM software and live‑chat platforms is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
