Customer Support Associate – International Voice

About the role

We are looking for dynamic, customer‑focused individuals to join our International Voice Process team. As a Customer Support Associate you will handle inbound and outbound voice calls, resolve queries, provide product information and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via voice calls professionally and efficiently.
• Resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions within defined TAT.
• Maintain high standards of service and document interactions in CRM systems.
• Meet performance metrics such as AHT, CSAT, Quality and Productivity.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team and ensure confidentiality of customer data.

Required profile

• Graduate or undergraduate degree as per company requirements.
• Freshers and experienced candidates welcome; prior BPO or international voice experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment with rotational night shifts.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for documenting customer interactions.
• Basic computer operation and typing skills.
