Customer Support Associate – International Voice (Freshers)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic freshers to join our International Voice Process as Customer Support Associates in Kakkanad, Kochi. The role focuses on handling inbound calls from international customers, delivering accurate information and basic troubleshooting while maintaining a professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from international customers and understand their concerns.
• Provide accurate information and assist with basic technical troubleshooting.
• Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor throughout each interaction.
• Document call details and follow up as required.
• Adhere to shift schedules, including rotational night shifts.

Required profile

• Freshers or Level‑1 candidates with strong spoken English.
• CEFR/Berlitz B2‑level proficiency preferred.
• Excellent listening, comprehension and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and problem‑solving ability.
• Willingness to work rotational night shifts and week‑off rotations.

What we offer

• Salary range: ₹2.75 LPA – ₹3.50 LPA (annual).
• 9‑hour rotational shifts (8 hours work + 1 hour break), predominantly night.
