Customer Success Manager (Remote, India)

About the role

ArmorCode is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own post‑sales relationships, drive platform adoption and expansion, and ensure customers realize the full value of our AI‑powered security solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain post‑sales relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Lead deployment, adoption and expansion of the ArmorCode platform, tracking milestones and timelines.
• Provide product education, training and best‑practice guidance, building champions within the customer organization.
• Act as a trusted advisor on application security and vulnerability management, designing automated workflows and documenting existing processes.
• Advocate for customer needs internally, handling bug reports, feature requests and renewal processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support and Engineering to drive upsell, cross‑sell and ensure high CSAT.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in a Customer Success role within cloud, security or network‑infrastructure companies.
• Strong knowledge of vulnerability management, cloud security and application security domains.
• Hands‑on experience with security tools such as SAST, DAST, SCA, Qualys, Tenable or Veracode.
• Familiarity with developer and DevOps ecosystems and AI/LLM tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) for workflow automation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational skills and sales acumen.
• Willingness to travel up to 20 % internationally.
