Customer Success Manager I

About the role

The Customer Success Manager I will own a portfolio of Diligent customers, driving satisfaction, product adoption and revenue retention. Acting as the primary relationship point, you will guide clients through onboarding, training and ongoing support to ensure a best‑in‑class experience.

Key responsibilities

• Renew and grow assigned accounts by anticipating needs, recommending additional products and tracking NPS, net revenue retention and usage metrics.
• Coordinate seamless onboarding and implementation with internal teams, senior client stakeholders and the Expansion Sales team.
• Serve as the voice of the customer across sales, services, marketing, finance and operations, and pass qualified expansion leads to the sales team.
• Facilitate product and module demonstrations for C‑suite and director‑level stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts and pursue advocacy initiatives.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in enterprise‑level account management, preferably in SaaS.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver presentations.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with resilience and a positive attitude.
• Passion for technology and a solution‑centric approach.

Required skills

• Salesforce (experience with sales CRM applications).
