Customer Success Manager (Bangalore)

About the role

Join Benchmark Gensuite as a Customer Success Manager in Bangalore, driving customer satisfaction, adoption, and measurable value for companies focused on EHS, sustainability and ESG reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of existing customers by driving satisfaction, retention, adoption, and measurable value.
• Build trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders and align Benchmark Gensuite solutions to their business goals.
• Create and manage simple customer success plans covering priorities, milestones, risks, early wins, and success metrics.
• Identify renewal, expansion, and deeper‑engagement opportunities based on customer needs, usage, and adoption maturity.
• Coordinate with delivery, support, product, and commercial teams to resolve issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Proactively monitor customer health, adoption gaps, and value realization to help customers achieve long‑term success.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Sustainability or related field (Master’s in Business Administration a plus).
• 5–6 years of experience in EHS, Sustainability, Compliance, Risk Management or related domain, preferably in a customer‑facing role.
• Experience working with EHS software platforms or digital tools supporting safety, sustainability or compliance initiatives.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an empathetic, customer‑first attitude.
• Willingness to travel and adapt to changing schedules.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
