Customer Service Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Customer Service Trainer to join our team in Jodhpur. You will design, deliver and continuously improve training programs that elevate the customer experience across our retail, call‑center and support teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update comprehensive training curricula, SOPs and job aids for customer‑service staff.
• Facilitate classroom and on‑the‑job training sessions, ensuring clear communication of product knowledge and service standards.
• Coach team members on communication, problem‑solving and empathy to align with brand values.
• Measure training effectiveness using performance metrics, feedback surveys and customer‑satisfaction data.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve service processes, scripts and overall customer experience.
• Collaborate with customer‑service leaders and cross‑functional teams to maintain a consistent, brand‑aligned approach.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer‑service training or related customer‑facing roles, preferably in retail, FMCG, wellness or healthcare.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage diverse audiences.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction with the ability to analyse feedback and metrics.
• Organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple training batches.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Communications, Training & Development or a related field (preferred).
• Interest in Ayurveda or wellness products is an advantage.
