Customer Service Senior Analyst - Voice

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Customer Service Senior Analyst – Voice to join its global support team. The analyst will work on complex customer interactions, primarily in Spanish, and will contribute to collections, credit, dispute and deduction processes within an Order‑to‑Cash (OTC) environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve increasingly complex customer service issues delivered via voice channels.
• Collaborate with internal Accenture peers, client contacts and management to ensure timely solutions.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and may oversee a small work effort or team.
• Maintain service quality while working rotational shifts as required.
• Document findings and contribute to continuous improvement of processes.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in customer service, preferably in collections, credit, disputes or deductions.
• Fluent Spanish at an expert level.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision on routine tasks and moderate guidance on new assignments.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving capabilities.

Required skills

• Expert-level Spanish language proficiency.
