Customer Service Representative – Voice/Chat (Entry Level)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer‑focused associates to join our Pune team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound queries via voice, chat or email, providing accurate information and ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through phone, email, chat or other channels.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues when required.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
• Provide product, service and process information to customers.
• Follow company policies, quality standards and service guidelines.
• Meet individual and team performance targets.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution.

Required profile

• Graduation or HSC with at least 1 year of BPO experience (freshers encouraged).
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service, support or call‑center environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
